Hours
Iva Lee’s is open for dinner 7 nights a week.  Sunday through Thursday we serve dinner from 5:00 - 9:00 pm and Friday and Saturday's we serve dinner from 5 pm – 10 pm. We feature Live Blues on Thursday, friday & Saturday Nights from 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm. Reservations are accepted by phone only at (949) 361-2855.

Parties and Large Events
Iva Lee’s can seat up to 45 guests in the back dining room, 30 in the front dining room and up to 32 on the patio.  We can do Christmas Luncheons, Weddings, Baby Showers, Corporate Luncheons, Dinner Parties, etc.  Please contact Lisa Wagoner at (949) 361-2855 or (949) 291-4269 cell for more information. 

Directions:
From Los Angeles:  Take 5 Freeway South, Exit Palizada, Turn Right, Turn Right at Second Light (El Camino Real), park in second driveway on the right. Walk North on El Camino to the Second Door on the Right.

From San Diego:  Take 5 Freeway North, Exit Presidio, Turn Left, Turn Right at Second Light (El Camino Real), go down about one mile.  Pass the street light called Palizada and we are in the second building on the right in the Denault’s Hardware Plaza.
